I dont like wallpaper

The downstairs W.C has been annoying me for a while now, so its time for a re-jig. The walls are in bad shape , so will need plastering. The basin is to low and will need raising. Need to fit an extractor fan.
There was an amazing draft coming in too, which I've fixed. The access point on the soil pipe was seized, so thats fine now.
The pressure gauge under the cistern was a nice idea, but kept leaking.
Just a few things to keep me busy.
