The Shame of Velma

Fred continues to reveal his nastier side.

This time, he's managed to dig out a school report of Velma's that shows her in a different light from her normal, braniac reputation.

You can see the delight on his face as he exposes the SHAME of Velma, when she got an "F" in Mysteries of all subjects, to her fans. Velma is clearly distressed, while her good friend Daphne tries to comfort her.
