took both kids and a pal to the soft play for a rainy day de-bounce. i usually avoid such places - the combination of fried food, celeb gossip mags and no windows is reasonably soul destroying.

i always wish there was something for the grown ups to do too

i did get a surreptitious bounce on a large ball thing though and swam myself tired later on
