Brie de melun (AOC)

Cheese cheese cheese, fab isn't it.

My belle maman (I prefer instead of mother-in-law which is very formal and has the connotation of the "evil" prefix) has just got back from a trip up-north, in the region Champagne-Ardenne. She came back with lots of goodies, including 8 different Bries. We spent a wonderful evening talking poets, artists and films surrounded by cheese and champagne.

Does it get better than this?
