Waiting for Wayne.....

Wayne is our neighbour and snow ploughing guy. He has been very busy since Christmas with numerous snow storms. He always makes sure at least the end of the driveway is cleared early in the morning so I can get out for work.

However as it is Sunday, Wayne wasn't around as early as normal but that was great for us. We slept late (church was cancelled) and had a chance to have breakfast and clean off the cars before he arrived. To help out, we try to line up two of the three cars in the yard so Wayne can get through to clean a path. With nearly 12" of snow last night and this morning, we needed that help to get the cars out today.

After such a wallop of snow, we now have a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon. The hockey games are on so after a quick sip of Tim Hortons coffee and a bit of lunch, it's back to the arena for Jordo's championship game.
