From batter to perfection.

Thanks Chris, it was a traditional roast today, beef, yorkshires, roast parsnips and potatoes. Chris (my son) makes the most amazing yorkshires, so what did Mum do, she phoned him for the recipe, followed it to the letter and this was the result, absolutely scrumptious. Nothing was left and we are both stuffed, no room for pud.
