Changing a Lightbulb

All this to change a lightbulb in my car. I have to take the plastic facia off (in the bucket), then remove the entire light fitting, then there is a very small hole which you can only just get two fingers down (you can make it out, just to the left of the two yellow caps on the front bumper, and in front of the washer bottle) and even then the bulb is at the tips of your fingers. Why car manufacturers insist on placing things which require regular replacement in such inaccessible locations is really just so that they can warrant demanding £60 to change a £2 bulb...
