Tex Mex

Lately I had had this craving for Mexican food and was very keen to make it at home, so tonight we cooked chicken fajitas and made Jamie Oliver's homemade guacamole (minus the quesadillas, but might try them next time) and it was very tasty! Simple but very good :)

Even found some tequila to complete the Mexican feel :)
