A glimpse of the monument

Decided to actually post an outdoor blip today, and so went for a nice wee walk round the campus at lunch time. The uni was eerily quiet, what with it being the holidays and all. I can never remember the uni being that deserted when I was there - mind you, at about this time, I'd normally be working all the hours the supermarket-gods threw my way in a bid to make a (small) dent in the overdraft before the next semester!
