Sunshine on ride home,
a pile of books in my bag,
life is really good.

Had another great year at AWP, collecting books and inspiration. Met a fellow poet I may collaborate with on a project to facilitate creative writing workshops with vets, their families, and their children. Go buy Brian Tuner's books and Elyse Fenton's book for the amazing poems of one vet and one vet's wife.

Lots of research to do, but feeling excited.
