Pussycats & Stingrays

Today we went out on an excursion to Cape Agulhas - the southern-most point of Africa here the Indian & the Atlantic Oceans officially meet!

We stopped off for lunch at a fish and chip shop and as far as I'm concerned, it was THE BEST fish and chips I have ever had. This little fella made friends with us as we sat outside the shop eating our lunch :-)

Finally, we headed to a nearby town called Struisbaai. The harbour is home to a few giant stingrays. We chummed the water with anchovy oil and tuna (the same chum we use to attract the great white sharks to the boat) and sure enough, we were visited by two of the stingrays!
