Sign 2 - Llif!

Felt a little like Messrs Boorman and McGregor this morning in having to take 'The Long Way Round' to get to work in Telford.

At one point yesterday there was only one road out of our village due to flood waters rising rapidly and the Severn and Vyrnwy bursting their banks as they do at this time of year.

One of the roads had cleared by this morning and that is the one I had to take but it puts an extra 10 miles on my journey.

Could not resist taking this blip to add to my series of 'Signs'. I hope the road will be open by going home time tonight.
