Another Old House

This one is an option for me to buy if it is still for sale in a year. It is another grand old house in the historic neighborhood where I live. A TON of work needs to be done but it has great bones and there is still a fireplace in the kitchen. Seems I have a bit of an obsession with old houses these days.
