here's the birthday girl - soooo pleased with herself and all her ace presents. sylvanian families were a hit (with me too) and she's been grinning all day. she was also pretty chuffed that her class sang 'happy birthday' to her and she got to wear the 'birthday hat' at school all day...I'd like to wear a birthday hat on my birthday - in fact, everyone should wear one on their birthday!

so, 8 years of daisy - looked like she'd been in a fight when she was born - was a lovely quiet baby with rosy cheeks and eyes like two buttons - curly messy hair and an innocent little voice - a lot of time spent in her own wee world playing and drawing - but secretly taking it all in - a bit of a temper and likes to slam doors...but don't we all?
