Large Aquarium in the International departures area at Vancouver International Airport, the good bit before you get to the gates which look like any other airport. There is also a stream, about 150 meters long (could be longer, my perception of these things is rather flawed) around a food court area.

I really hate airports but at this one they have made a real effort to improve the environment and make a good impression. The domestic departures area is quite bland however, but on your return to Canada there is a massive water feature outside immigration, must get a good snap of it next time for here.
