Juliette received some tulips at a recent baby shower, so I had some new material for an indoor (rainy day) shot. I've always enjoyed photographing flowers and other macro subjects. For this shot I turned my off-camera flash all the way down to 1/128 power and used a full CTO gel. I found the best lighting was top lighting because the tulips were translucent.
