this shot is a closeup of the light meter power switch on my Olympus OM-1. It was my first and only SLR camera that was handed down to me by my father. though i still use it from time to time it has largely become an object of antiquity as i continue to turn my sights towards a dSLR that could replace it permanently.

i'll never get rid of it though, nor forget to use it from time to time so that i might retain the roots of what photography really is.
