My City Day 115 Postcard 48

This is what I get to look out on each day, from where I teach in the Mac Lab. It never fails to remind me to make my life simple...take a breath and relax.

It is a small log cabin that was built by the original owners of the mansion that is now a part of our school. Apparently the "lady" of the house would use it to escape to in order to paint etc. We are slowly refurbishing it, as if it is torn down we would not be able to replace it due to new regulations about building on a ravine.
