This is a memorial stone, with some touching words for lost love ones..

Beautiful weather, clear blue skies..

met a lovely 'old' friend from days gone by.. after she left i wandered..
through the old streets.. to the seaside where i used to walk (and roller skate) with mum and dad walking beside me..

such wonderful memories, and ones that had been locked well away..
I spent many years in Porstmouth, growing up.
lived there briefly 4 years ago and despised it..immensely!

i was so very surprised how much affection for the place i felt,when i was there today..by the sea..
the sea of happy memories..

sadly a return to where i used to live left me a little sad, as Dads house was unkempt and unloved..

maybe the ghosts have been laid to rest now?
