The bathing pool - Little Paradise

The road to Glenorchy demonstrates, if ever there was a need for demonstration, how a "there-and-back" trip can be as interesting as a return (or circular) trip. The views coming-back were completely different from those goin-up and the light changed dramatically as well. What a surprise!

The highlight of the day had to be the stop at Little Paradise - a garden and stop for tea and biscuits - created lovingly over 18 years by the side of Lake Wakatipu.

Here you see The Bathing Pool, which can only be entered (as the sign suggests) by those clothed as nature intended.
