Lunchtime coo

Humans and birds alike were basking in the glorious lunchtime sunshine at Trafalgar Square. It was delicious to feel the heat in the rays. The pigeons were having a great time in the various puddles around the fountains before strutting off to find a warm paving slab on which to dry off in the sun.
