Cueilleur d'etoiles

I saw this painting in the market in a town called Nyons in the South of France near where my parents live.

I don't normally look at paintings and think I must have that! and, in fact, I've always wanted to be the type of arty person who appreciated beautiful or abstract paintings enough to buy one or two.

This, however, was different - it is just so beautiful and delicate.
