Behind the Mask

One of my jobs today at work was to dispose of some old chemistry that we no longer use. Since digital / computerised x-ray came into the hospital, we no longer have any use for it. We looked into having taken away and disposed of, but found out that we could dispose of it ourselves as long as we used plenty of running water. I put aside the afternoon to dispose of the 160 litres and used our sluice. I had to wear this protective mask and eye protection as well as gloves and an apron. It didn't take as long as I expected, about an hour, and I was caught on camera by one of my colleagues. One for the staffroom wall!
