Tomnacross

This is a view of Kiltarlity Parish Church which is located in the hamlet of Tomnacross, across the road from the primary school which serves Kiltarlity.

The name derives from "tom na croiche" which means "knoll of the gallows", the gallows would have been on the top of the stepped hillock.
