Our new boat..

It is there , in the bag. A neighbour of ours who has a fat, lazy, son, has given it to us. She bought the boat for said fat, lazy, son in an effort to make him take some exercise and find another interest apart from sleeping. It was a failure as the boat needs to be (a) inflated, and (b) carried to the lake. Too much effort there, so an electrical airpump was bought, still no good. So after 2 years in the garage we have got it, so we can take the Grandchildren on the lake. It is 3meters (10 feet) long carry 3 Adults or 290 Kilos total weight, fine for us to use for a paddle around,( Paddles are there too) now how can I make an electric Outboard? How large a propellor will I need,? HHHHMMMMM.......
