Today was a good day

The happy mood from yesterday continues. It obviously did me good, both physically and mentally as today I had a spring in my step and an air of self-assurance about me that I haven't felt for a long, long time. After too many lows of late, I hope this 'abnormal' feeling of contentment lasts.
