Chicken and ham pie

It's been a very hectic week, with little time to spend at the computer, which is why I had to back blip Monday and Tuesday's efforts. Today, though, I'm back on track with this offering.

Susie has been working until the early hours all week, so tonight we are having chicken and ham pie as a treat. Combine pickings of roast chicken with cubes of baked ham (frozen in batches and bagged, ready to go) and add the leftover gravy from the aforementioned roast, plus some peas, leftovers or frozen, either will do. Top with a lid of pastry and bake in the oven. A winner every time.
