All set?

Checking the store cupboard recently revealed a wide range of home-made preserves. There are four vintages of strawberry jam, and jars of various vintages of plum, mango, apricot, raspberry, gooseberry, Tummelberry and peach jams plus three sorts of jelly; there's even a jar of elderberry jam which I can't throw out because the label is written by my Mother, who died nine years ago. But where's the marmalade? Horrors! There's no marmalade! And Mr Flum does like his marmalade.
It's late in the season for Seville oranges but found some yesterday and here's the peel all hand cut, ready to make up tomorrow.
Maybe we should concentrate on eating up some jam, though.
