La trail à Lucien

First time in the old trail this year. I met Louis and Richard at the cabin for lunch. Richard was treating us with an old dish dating back in the days of the first settlers in the area, coming from Europe to fish.

"Des têtes pilées" as we call it in French. Cod heads mashed with potatoes and lard. A real poor man's meal. But sooooo good.
