My dark places - Geldof was half right

A rollercoaster day, driving to drop children off was done listening to this, very loud. You wonder what number 1 son must make of this, he probably reckons I'm a total hasbeen or that I should potentially grow up. Next time I might wear a wig when driving to that theme.

Wednesdays are officially the day I like the least. Hard to believe, but Mondays are fine, catching up with colleagues, Tuesdays are good, Thursdays the unofficial start of the weekend, in my head at any rate, Friday to Sunday are grand but Wednesdays are not my favourite.

Today however amid the dirge of Wednesdaydome, was something called body balance. Oh my balance was pretty poor, I would appear to be as flexible as the next man or woman but I enjoyed it thoroughly, I'm really needing to get moving a bit more, that is about 4 resolutions I have managed to stick to.
