Communication......

Ir always amazes me that in this world so reliant on wifi, that age old infrastructure still makes it possible.

I grew up in the street where this telegraph pole stands, and it still serves all of the houses as it did then. we only got a telephone when i was about ten, and the same cables are now feeding everyones xbox live and facebook (not to mention blip!) habits..... amazing!

(oh and i was lucky enough to encounter a passing crow!)

on a side note, i am now waiting for my washing machine to be delivered. i have a twelve hour delivery window. it is going to be a long day.......
