Arriving early.

Being the first to arrive for a meeting allowed me time to reflect on the values we work with in our day to day work.

To consult with and involve individuals and / or their representatives in issues that affect them.

To ensure that the reasons for our actions are transparent and we act with integrity.

To treat everyone with fairness and consistency and be accountable for our actions.

To seek to serve and support everyone in a spirit of grace, humility and compassion.

Good values to work by and to live by. The world might be a better place to live if we all had a set of values to live by.
