Little Squirt
There were some clubs playing flag rugby league in the park next door. What first attracted me in that direction were the sprinklers I saw going on the field. I thought it was odd that they were playing while the sprinklers were one. It was a hot evening but I'm sure it wasn't by design. Even stranger was the fact that they were letting the little kids play in the sprinklers, which were on the field, in the middle of their game. The players didn't seem to mind, although I expected one of the kids to get smashed at any moment. But they didn't. It was like some strange cohabitation that I didn't not understand the dynamic of through observation. Probably the kids belonged to the players, and they were just happy that they were occupied within sight. Either way it was good to watch. Everyone was having fun, and I got a few nice snaps.
Reminded me a bit of this hilarious ad of which we have a kiwi version that played over here last season.
