It was more awful than I could ever have possibly imagined. I will spare the gory details, but suffice to say I'll not be watching The Marathon Man any time soon.

The picture was my second gift from my sister, which after the emotion of this morning made me cry!

Thank goodness for B, my taxi driver/nursemaid/mickeytaking saviour. I am now off to sleep before the numbness wears off and the real pain begins...
