Fruit burst lolly maths!

for the last day of out maths unit, children worked with lollies. Motivation was surprisingly high for a Friday! (although that was after they were told that when the maths was done the lollies would be available for eating!)

They made tally charts of which flavours were the favourites, and how many of each different lolly there was, and then drew graphs.

Luckily when it came to giving out the lollies before break time, there were enough for everyone to have their favourite flavour!

Wonder if they will remember how to do bar graphs or will they just remember the day they were allowed lollies at school???
