Daddy's Birthday

It was my Daddy's birthday today. I helped him blow out the candles on his cake. Mum and Dad both had the day off work and we went into Glasgow for lunch and they took me to the cinema to see 'Tangled'. It's not the first time I've been to the cinema (I saw Toy Story 3 on Mum's birthday last year) but I wasn't interested and asked to go home. So we left early.

When we got home Mum lit the candles on Daddy's birthday cake and we took it through to him singing happy birthday. I carried his present and gave it to him. I pointed out to Mum that there should be balloons if it is someone's birthday. I was very excited about getting a piece of cake to eat. I love cake!
