Energy efficient, my . . . .

This building is advertised (see bottom right) as 'Energy Efficient, save up to 60% on energy costs'. Only in this benighted isle could we try and sell an energy efficient building with the lights on, when no-one is in.

For those estate agents out there selling the energy efficient features, can I suggest turning on the light behind the sign and leaving the rest off, as they are designed to be (in other words, someone has gone to a great deal of trouble to make this build look stupid).
