Cave Rock

Up early'ish this morning and on my bike by6.45. The goal for weekends ride is endurance. So, I headed out to Sumner, up Evans Pass, up to the Summit Road, along, and then down home. 2.5 hours, just under 40km, a lot of uphill and some single track. Plus I kept pretty much in the heart rate zone all the way. Great ride, but feeling a little tired now ...

Then sailing with Adam, a good wind so lots of fun.

Home now, and I anticipate some gardening. And an early night!
