Everyone drives on the sidewalk.. WHy me?????

I caught this guy being spoken to. I have no idea why. Everyone rides on the sidewalk here. That's what it's for. Mebbe he's overloaded? Nope... everyone is overloaded here. Mebbe too fast? Nope... everyone goes too fast. Mebbe he's too old? Nope.. everyone here is too old.

Hmmm.. Mebbe he's too young to be under-loaded and going slowly on the sidewalk.

Whatever is was. the guy in the background seems a little bemused too.
