Splish ,Splash!

Another nice day for ducks! Not to be deterred, we were on our holidays and a little rain was not going to stop us. We decided on a trip to Dove Cottage and the new centre which has opened there. Alas when we arrived the birds had flown and everything was closed. Oh well the pub it will have to be.
Went into Ambleside for a pub lunch and watched part of a very old Doris Day film with the sound so low it may as well have been a silent movie. Fortunately it was not one of her singing roles. Did a little browsing in the shops in Keswick before heading back to Braithwaite. This picture was taken on the journey back when we were stuck behind this bus on narrow roads for some time.
