Snowdrops

Thats a tick on the spring blip list then :)

Up and off to the big city to get paint and assorted decorating materials. Returned home with wallet feeling much lighter. Consoled by the fact we got 15% off in Homebase (and found cushions at half the price we had looked at 2 weeks ago), used the petrol voucher for Tesco and saved a whole 7p per litre in comparison to our local filling station. Every little helps sadly.

The day had started grey and damp and I thought there was no way I would escape the painting of the loos. However, on our return from the city, the sun came out so we went on a hike. Up hill and down dale for 2 and half hours :)

Mr Lif had informed me this morning that the snowdrops were out in the garden, on our walk we found snowdrops a plenty. It would be churlish to ignore and not to blip :)

Time for a lush pink cava I think :)
