A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing

Recently, I have come to realise that in this day and age, you need to be careful.

I try to keep my close circle of friends just that: close. This is usually achieved by honesty and openness, and a complete faith and trust in relationships. Recently, I have come to realise that trust isn't always as reciprocated as I assumed it was.

What is the point of having people in your life that you feel you have to hold back with, in fear of them using what you say against you the second you turn your back? Sometimes a little danger can be a good thing, but I do not need to have it corrupting my friendships.

Put the fangs away please.
