Carnethy 5

My hill race came round today -you could not asked for a better day. The sky was blue, there was no rain or snow, very little wind and it was very nearly warm!

Tough run, forgot how hard the slog up the Scald Law was. The ground nearly swallowed my trainers a couple of times but managed to wrestle them free.

The Adventure Show was there again, one of my team mates was interviewed at the top of one of the kips! Will keep an eye out for her when it is aired - dont think I will make the final cut though, was hiding behind other runners whenever there was a camera around.
