A New Toy and some Heavy Duty Bedtime reading!

I treated myself and so I guess I need to work out what all the buttons do now - there's a lot more than my old camera had!!!

Today started well - Yoga class then Sauna topped off with a back massage - can't beat that for the start of a weekend! Although there were far too many knots found in my shoulders :-( Think I might just need to go for massages more often to sort them out...!
