Smed ... ???

I was getting dressed this morning, and I saw this word "SMED" on the floor. I now realize that I must have seen it dozens of times before, and never questioned it.

The clue, of course, is in the surrounding 'graphic', and in the other (not-upside-down) versions of the same word. This is the blanket for Jess or Molly to lie on when they are allowed upstairs.

(As an afterthought, I think I will label this as an entry in the body-parts challenge, which closes today. Better, at any rate, than my last effort).
