Wandering decimal point

So VAT has gone up by 3%
So to keep prices the same I can understand a 3% reduction in product size
So how do Tesco justify a 30% reduction?
Cos see me? I'm thinking the decimal point has wandered a bit there.
Cos these two boxes cost the same.
And that makes me mad.
