SPAM CAN

popped over to Welshpool today for Sunday lunch today and very yummy it was. alas i digest!!. afterwards i got my taxi (the girlfriend) to drive around to the airfield not far away so i could blip off some shots.
the weather was so wet that even the ducks were walking and the only thing flying was this Spam Can Cessna 150, i think they had given up at this point and were just about to park up.
the Span Can name is an old nickname given to this model of Cessna. the 150 has been round for many many moons and still continues to serve many flying schools teaching many a ham fisted novice or gifted pilot.
ive flying many a time but im not saying which of the aforementioned i am
