Oliver and Mr Bump

Its a day without the camera as the winter weather is up to its old tricks! Many thanks to those who stopped by yesterday and had a look. Yesterday was such a lovely day down at the sea front and I wanted to capture it as best as possible.

As for today, and Oliver had a wee bit of homework to catch up on. To encourage his reading and writing skills, the best behaved child in the class each week is invited to bring a friend home for the weekend. So far, Oliver has had Mr Happy and Little Miss Chatterbox. This weekend, it was Mr Bumps turn to pay a visit. In Olivers typical enthusiastic style, he tried to rush this on Friday evening after a busy week at school, during which he became frustrated at his mistakes. Today, he had another go, ant did a much better job. So much so that I offered to stick it on here for todays blip.

This good work was rewarded by a visit to Krazy Kaves where he met a few of his school mates. Two hours later, it was lunch at the Tobey Carvery, and now he's..... a wee bit tired!

After all, it has been a fun packed weekend, keeping his Nana busy!
