Happy St. Valentines

If a way to a man's heart is through his stomach, then I hope to have my man's heart through a full day feast consisting of:

- Mango and strawberry fruit salad with grapefruit and a mimosa drink
- poached egg and ciabatta, salad, salmon tartar & stuffed garlic mushroom
- oysters
- 4 chocolate heart dessert
- chili lemon scallop
- parmesan ravioli and pesto
- seafood platter
