Today's the day ......................... to look at the pots

Lots of shoots and other signs of life to found in my garden pots today which really makes you feel that spring is on the way. This little pansy though is quite incredible.

I planted up the pot back in about October and there were a few flowers on it then. It has gone on flowering right the way through the winter. It has been frozen solid several times and looked quite dead - and then when the thaw came, there it would be as good as new.

I've given it my 'Best Winter Survivor' award ...................
